Sommerrøy-Grøtfjord - April 2019
Sommerrøy (Summer Island)
A small fishing village to the west of Tromsø and Kvaløya. Population 300.
Grøtfjord even smaller community to the north of Sommerøy but also west of Kvaloya.
Popular summer spots due to their white sandy beaches. Some of our favorite places to visit...always seem to see reindeer, sea eagles and other wildlife...plus beautiful waterfalls and nature...also it's a good excuse to visit Eide Handel on the way back
