Friends - Rønnings

Dinner with good friends - Nelsons & Rønnings (The Nelsons were visiting - They used to be Senior Missionaries in Kristiansand, The Rønnings are dear non-member friends who live above the YSA center, who we love to visit with.  They treat us like family.

Tomas Rønning took us on a ride to just outside the city to show us the homes that he designed and built, and that he and Turid, his wife lived in over the years.

We were a little late this year to see all the Salmon at these falls (maybe we will catch it next year)

Tveit Kirke (church) - This is where the Rønnings were married.  We just love visiting all the old church buildings.  They are amazing to look inside.  Each little community has one.

Plaque of Hubert Humphrey.  They are very proud his ancestry came from Tveit and he came to visit there on two occasions  - once as a senator and once as the Vice President.
